Illegal construction on 80 feet Road

Sir,
I am residing at 1st main Road Kumaran Nagar chennai-82, opposite to my house is 80 feet road, now illegal buildings has been constructed. I have given complaint on 11.07.2016 to CMDA authorities,in turn action was taken and construction was stopped. But now again they have started to construct the building back again. Please take an early action and stop the illegal construction and to demolish the present building on 80 feet wide road. The existing encroaching would result in causing serious hindrance to the flow of traffic and thereby causing considerable hardship to the people of the locality and its neighborhood who use this road for commuting. More over, MTC buses too ply along the said road and as a result the hardship being faced would considerably increase in the days to come. So please kindly take appropriate action to remove all the illegal construction along the said 80 feet wide road to its original width so that it would benefit the people of the entire locality in general.

UNAUTHORISED & Nuisance because of building Construction

Hello sir,
There was a flat next to our place @ Rajaji Nagar Madipakkam, 2nd floor was not approved, while selling the flat the builder said it was the 2nd floor is constructed only for office use and there will not be any residents but recently there was a family occupied and making their drainage flowing to the next house and in front of the house it was surrounded by drainage block we have complained many time to that family who is in the current flats but they are least bothered and no action was taken, the constructor sold the flat and informed they will use it only for office purpose but more than 7 members are staying and creating unwanted problem to next house people and talking all rubish words which is not bearable. kindly take necessary action.

rain water stagnates due to building of ramps

I live in mandaveli chennai , I would like to know who to approach ... since my neighbor has constructed a high big ramp in front of his house that blocks the rain water from flow to the drain and he has also constructed the ramp in such a way that the slope makes the water flows in front of my house . since his tank water over flows on the road not only rain water but also when ever their motor overflows that water will also come to my house gate only making it hard for me to walkout of my house . and my house is lower so if the water stagnates it will come in to my house .what should I do? kindly guide.we have talked to him he is rude and its useless to talk to him.

Illegal construction of house by blocking public road

As one person have blocked the road and have constructed house thereby disturbing the houses near to them by blocking their front entrance of the house and talking bad words to them when the raise question against their activity so please help us and take some stringent action over them...

Illegal construction in chennai - Purasawalkam

Respected Sir,
I would like to compliant on the Irregular construction in Purasawalkam where I reside. Am a resident of The Illegal construction work is going on 59 & 60 Saravana Perumal Street. As per CMDA rule Section 25 planning parameters Table 1 ( ordinary residential building and other small buildings ) they should construct at least abutting 1 m from all the sides including front side .But on the above address they not even a left 1 feet in all the sides and including front road side .
On the above we have already given a complaint to Chennai Corporation Counsellaor Ward 71 on the irregularities. Due irregular construction there is No Room for vechile movment, proper ventilation and lighting in our area. My sincere request to enforcement cell to visit the location and restrict the construction and insist them to follow up the rules laid by the CMDA .

Next to my apartment on 16/B, Vallauvar Street, Race colony extn guindy a Irregular construction is coming up. As per CMDA rule Section 25 planning parameters Table 1 ( ordinary residential building and other small buildings ) they should construct at least abutting 1 m from all the sides including front side .But on the above address they not even a left 1 feet in all the sides and including front road side . In fact on the front side from the Corporation lamp post only half a feet has been left and the major part of the building coming up on the very close to road. On the above I have already given a complaint to Mr.Murali AE Of Chennai Corporation on the irregularities. Due irregular construction there is No Room for proper ventilation and lighting in our apartment. Due to structure entire Light and ventilation blocked to our apartment and as well as to Next apartments in the area.
My sincere request to enforcement cell to visit the location and restrict the construction and insist them to follow up the rules laid by the CMDA .

Builiding be construed by X MLA which case very danger to next Builiding which very old and very poor condition which will collapse one old lady his staying there if any happen who will take responsibility Since the man who is construting is strong man take law in hand with out following the. multiple floor construction

The colony Vedachalam Garden road width is only 15 feet and there is a construction going on for three floors , please take action or else it will have adverse effects for 32 families , one multi storied flat is already constructed in the begining of the colony and now one more construction is going on.

No Patta and No CMDA Approval

Genuine officers,
This is to inform you that lot of Road facing and Multi Tier buildings are being constructed without CMDA approval in the Government land(without patta) and earning money in lakhs as rent.

I was working in Ganga Sweets in Madavakam and that building was not built with CMDA Norms.So They sealed that building and we all lost the job. But in and around Medavakkam and to Mambakkam main road(OPP TO RAMCO CONCRETE AND NEARBY) there are lot of multi tier buildings are built and earning lots of money without CMDA approval and patta like Ganga Sweets building.

My Simple question is that if people can occupy government land and earn more money thru rent then why other people spending lots of money for buying land and building with CMDA approval unnecessarily???every body can do the SAME RIGHT???
if so then why the action taken against only Ganga sweets building alone?????

illegal flloors being constructed

There is an illegal construction going on in 2nd Main Road, Jawahar Nagar, Chennai 600082, upto 4 floors, which is blocking light for nearby houses by the owners of Abhijit Hospital near Agaram. The building was completed just a few months ago and now another floor is being added violating building norms in a residential area where 2 floors only are allowed.

This is to your kind attention of a house (of Miss.Kumari subramani residing in No:26/61, Bajanai koil street, puzhuthivakkam, chennai-600091) is building a house at the backside of her old house. i.e in“Subramani Avenue „ which is on construction did not have a (CMDA) approved plan, not having separate EB line.The officer who comes for taking reading for E.B did not take any action. The house which is on construction is totally unauthorized and illegal one.The house was not constructed according to the THE ACT OF CMDA. Chennai corporation had not taken any action against this house.Because of this house, the sorrounded house are much affected with lack of ventilation and light.The bricks are kept on both sides of the road. It becomes very difficult for the Chennai metro water; lorry to go inside „Subramani Avenue“.Now the building is half way in construction. So , I kindly request you to take strict action against the house.

Illegal buildings can easily avail drainage, water and electricity connections by Property tax assessment certificates are key source to avail drainage, water and electricity connections. As long as somebody depends on (ill)legal revenue on illegal buildings nobody can curtail them. Let GOD resolve, if possible. Mohan

Frequent Loud prayers and celebrations the boundary with a small temple. The temple is surrounded by many Residential houses. At least once a month there are loud prayers and celebrations that are hosted in the temple which sometimes continue till midnight. During Festivals and even everyday morning the prayers on loudspeakers begin at midnight.
On other occasions it starts at 4Am and continues till 10PM in the night. All Children could not Study. Could not Sleep nicely Occupying and blocking the Road for whenever they need worshipping in Middle of the Street. Please take step to remove immediately.
